Coriander essential oil is for use aromatically and topically while Coriander Vitality essential oil is dietary and therefore can be ingested.  Both bottles contain the same essential oil and differ only in the way they are labeled.  The designation of the two products allows you to share all the ways to use essential oils in the correct and FDA approved way.

How to use: For internal use.  To use as a dietary supplement, add to food, water or other beverages.  Can also place a few drops in a vegetable capsule and take internally to support overall wellness.

Coriander essential oil can be used aromatically and  topically while Coriander Vitality essential oil is a dietary oil and therefore can be ingested.

Coriander is taken from the same plant that produces cilantro – in the U.S. the leaves are called cilantro and the seeds of the plant are called coriander.  It should be noted that even though they come from the same plant, Coriander oil does NOT smell like cilantro.  Instead it and has a sweet, warm, herbaceous scent that is calming and gently uplifting.   One of the main chemical constituents of Coriander oil is linalool.  Google this constituent to learn more about it’s benefits!

How to use: For aromatic or topical use.  Diffuse, inhale, or add to bath water.  Apply to crown of head, back of neck, behind ears or inside wrists.  Possible skin sensitivity.

  1. Add 1-2 drops of  Coriander to your face cream to maintain healthy, oil free skin
  2. After a workout, combine Coriander with a carrier oil and massage into your legs.
  3. At the end of a long, taxing day, diffuse Coriander to massage into the back of the next to promote relaxation has
  4. to create a fresh, clean scent, diffuse Coriander with peppermint or wintergreen
