 How to use: For internal use. To use as a dietary supplement, add to food, water or other beverages. Can also place a few drops in a vegetable capsule and take internally to support overall wellness.
  1. Marinades: Add a drop of Rosemary Vitality (or less!) to your favorite marinade for a distinctive Italian flare!
  2. Water: Add a drop to your water daily to support overall well being.
  3. Olive Oil: Add various culinary herb essential oils to your olive oil, such as Rosemary Vitality. Pour over a plate of balsamic vinegar and use foccacia bread for dipping.
  4. Salad dressing: Add Rosemary Vitality to your vinegarette salad dressing
  5. Tomato Pasta Sauce: Add 2 drops of Basil Vitality essential oil and 1 drop each of Rosemary Vitality and Thyme Vitality essential oil to tomato sauce base.

Frankincense has long been revered and viewed as a holy oil in the Middle East. It was used ceremonially to create greater connection with the God of one’s faith. Many people have found that it’s a very grounding, spiritual oil and diffuse it during yoga classes, times of prayer or meditation, and religious services and ceremonies.

Frankincense also helps to maintain an even emotional keel. Many people have noticed that it works very well for both children and adults who find it difficult to focus due its calming and relaxing properties.

How to use: For aromatic or topical use. Diffuse, inhale, or add to bath water. Apply to crown of head, back of neck, behind ears or inside wrists. Possible skin sensitivity.

  1. Concentration: Apply 1-2 drops of frankincense essential oil to the back of your neck and your temples to promote concentration.*
  2. Fingernails: Apply 1-2 drops to the base of fingernails once a day to maintain healthy nails*
