What’s in MultiGreens?

Spirulina:  Also called Blue-green algae, Sprirula is an important source of chlorophyll and is rich in other nutrients such as protein, vitamin B, and iron.

Choline bitartrate: Similar to a B Vitamin, this macro nutrient supports overall wellness.*

Alfalfa sprouts: Contains chlorophyll and minerals such as calcium, vitamin K and Vitamin C.

Barley grass: A nutrient rich food that is naturally high in Vitamin C.  This green may also support a healthy immune system.*

Bee pollen: Nutrient dense containing vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, lipids, and protein.

Eleuthero root: Also called Siberian Ginseng, this herb may support energy levels*

Pacific kelp: Natural source of vitamin and minerals and is especially abundant in iodine and calcium

Essential oils: Melissa, Rosemary, Lemon, and Lemongrass vitality essential oils

Amino acid blend: Amino acids are the “building blocks of proteins” and help carry out many important bodily functions.*  The Amino Acids in Multigreens are L-arginine, L-cysteine, and L-tyrosine.

How to use:  If you have a slow metabolism, take 3 capsules two times daily. If you have a fast metabolism, take 4 capsules once or twice daily. Best taken 1 hour before meals. For stomach sensitivity, take with meals.
