Can you believe 2018 is just 1 day away!  It’s a time of reflection of what we’ve accomplished during 2017 as well as an opportunity to look forward to 2018 as a fresh start.   Goals, dreams, resolutions, new beginnings, breaking old habits – we like to associate the new year with a clean slate;  A “do over”, if you will.

What will You do in 2018 and what of your past is an obstacle to that end?  Mend relationships but fear rejection?  Focus on healthier living but attempts have failed in the past?  Find an avenue for career advancement but afraid of transition?  Whatever  your goals, and whatever has happened in the past to make moving forward difficult, let Into the Future by Young Living help you get there.

Resolutions

Into the Future is an inspirational blend of essential oils that creates an invigorating aromatic companion as you look toward your life’s goals and dreams.

  1. Negative self talk:  Negative self talk is one of my biggest obstacles.  One way to combat this is to inhale Into the Future, look in the  mirror, and recite out loud positive affirmations.
  2. Peace:  Inhale directly from the bottle to promote peace, positivity and forgiveness
  3. Let it go:  Diffuse while meditating with a focus of letting go of the past that weighs you down
  4. Confidence:  Looking for a job is stressful and when you don’t get a call back we can question our communication skills, experience, and worthiness.  Wear on your pulse points as a perfume when you are going for a job interview or other situation where you need confidence and leave those self doubts behind.
  5. Goal Setting: The new year is the perfect time of year for setting goals and looking towards the future.   Diffuse Into the Future to help you get there.
  6. Overcome fears: Oftentimes fear is what keeps us from reaching that goal. Fear of failure,  fear of embarrassment, fear of letting others down. Fear is a formidable foe.  Kick it in the teeth with Into the Future.

A. During sleep digestion is slower which will allow your body to receive the greatest benefit from Life 9™.

Q. How is the adhering ability (adhering to the intestine walls) determined in Life 9™?
A. The strains chosen for Life 9™ were chosen for their ability to adhere properly to the walls of the intestines. While other companies may choose to use lower cost alternatives, Young Living® only uses the finest quality ingredients and products and will settle for nothing less.

Q. Why isn’t Life 9™ refrigerated before opening, like most of the probiotics in the stores?
A. Life 9™ is vacuum sealed and packaged to provide optimal protection (glass bottle, plastisol lined metal lid, delayed release capsule, and desiccant). This packaging protects the strains during shipping conditions as well.

Rosemary Essential Oil

Rosemary Essential Oil

(Rosmarinus officinalis)

topical aromatic

Rosemary essential oil is used topically and aromatically while Rosemary Vitality essential oil is dietary and therefore can be ingested.

Rosemary oil is steam distilled from a perennial shrub with needle-like leaves that can remain evergreen in warmer climates. The botanical, which is part of the mint family, is native to Mediterranean regions and has blue or purple flowers that give it an understated beauty. The familiar scent of Rosemary essential oil—as well as its robust, herbaceous aroma—has made it popular in aromatic and personal care products.

Rosemary essential oil uses include topical application and direct inhalation, and its complex, woodsy aroma can help create an energizing environment and promote a sense of clarity. In fact, you can find this powerful oil in Young Living’s Thieves® and En-R-Gee™ blends.

Thieves® Waterless Hand Purifier

Thieves® Waterless Hand Purifier

Winter is almost here and it’s a great time to stock up on Thieves Waterless Hand Purifier.  With winter comes germs and washing your hands with soap and water isn’t always an option.  Think of all the doorknobs you’ll touch this season – whether you are at work with a sick colleague, shopping with the masses, or at your favorite sporting event you never know the health of the person who touched that surface before you.  And if you are like me, you are way too busy to be sick.

Lucky for you Young Living’s Thieves waterless hand purifier is convenient, portable, and long lasting.  It is also effective, safe, and gentle enough for you and your kids to use to use on your hands throughout the year without over drying your skin.

Many commercially available hand sanitizes contain Triclosan which has been a hot topic in regards to human health and possibly contributing to creating bacteria resistant to antibiotics.  The FDA has not made an official stance on Triclosan but I feel better knowing that Young Living’s Thieves waterless hand purifier has a super clean ingredient list:

  • Alcohol denatured: Instead of nasty chemicals, this hand purifier is denatured using essential oils such as peppermint or cinnamon,
  • Water
  • Aloe barbadensis leaf powder: moisturizing and hydrating
  • Vegetable Glycerin
  • Hydroxypropyl cellulose: plant derived thickener
  • Peppermint oil
  • Clove oil
  • Lemon peel oil
  • Eucalyptus radiata oil
  • Rosemary oil
  • Cinnamon bark oil
