Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) has a spicy, warm, herbaceous aroma that is both powerful and penetrating. Known since ancient times as a medicinal herb, thyme contains large amounts of thymol.  As a dietary supplement, it is one of the strongest antioxidants known. Thyme essential oil may support wellness*, and can be used as a pleasant, flavorful addition to savory dishes. Thyme includes the naturally occurring constituents thymol, para-cymene, and gamma-terpinene, and is an important ingredient in Longevity™ essential oil blend, Inner Defense™, ParaFree™, and Rehemogen™.

How to use: For internal use. To use as a dietary supplement, add to food, water or other beverages. Can also place a few drops in a vegetable capsule and take internally to support overall wellness.
Cooking: Infuse your favorite recipes with the enticing aroma and taste of Thyme. Essential oils are VERY potent. Start by dipping a toothpick in your oil and dragging it through your food.
Tomato Pasta Sauce: Add 1 drop of Thyme essential oil and 1 drop each of Rosemary and Oregano essential oil to tomato sauce base
Pasta Water: For a less powerful herb taste, instead of adding to the pasta sauce, simply add 1 drop Thyme oil, Rosemary and or Basil to the water before cooking spaghetti pasta

Olive Oil: Add various culinary herb essential oils to your olive oil, such as Thyme. Pour over a plate of balsamic vinegar and use foccacia bread for dipping.
Marinade: add to your marinade for an Italian flare!
